Our mission statement
Some people believe that to grow a business you have to be ruthless, but we know there is a better alternative; a method where the end result is also good for customers. We believe that businesses can grow with awareness, achieve success with ethics and that this can be achieved with the inbound method. That’s why we created a platform that combines software, education and community to help businesses grow better every day.
We noticed that the way people shop was changing. Consumers no longer tolerated invasive ads and, in fact, had figured out how to ignore them.
Out of this change came a company: HubSpot. It was founded on the “inbound” principle, the concept that people don’t want to be interrupted or chased by marketers; they want help.
Today, the inbound movement continues to empower companies around the world to stop annoying customers, help them and refocus their attention on them.
